What level of funding do you provide?
We fund all of our Customers at 100% for placements invoiced in £sterling.
When do I get paid?
We pay you your profit margin every Friday - simple. Just two days after your invoice is raised, and probably before your Client has seen it, you get your cash.
Do you cap the level of funding available to me?
No way.
We want you to be successful and grow as quickly, or slowly, as you like. As long as we can get the Credit on your Clients and you send in the right paperwork, we can fund to any level.
Can you fund permanent placements in other currencies?
Yes we can. Give us a call on 01594 546 585 to discuss things in more detail.
What happens to the VAT?
1 in 2 businesses will go bust in their first two years, so we won't let you spend your VAT money before it is due and become one of them.
On a weekly basis we will calculate how much VAT needs to be covered, and then one week before your VAT return is due, we release it with your Margin so you can make your return.
All the back-up documentation is provided by email, so you know exactly how we got to the figures.
Do I raise my own invoices?
No way.
We want you to be successful and spend your time selling not wasted on administration. You send us the core information and we do the rest.
Do I chase my own invoices?
No way.
We want you to do the things you enjoy most, selling, servicing and sourcing candidates, not wasting money chasing debtors.
What happens if my Client goes bust?
We provide Credit Insurance as standard, so you are protected. No extra cost and no charges for Credit Checks either.
All you have to do is stay within the Credit Limits issued to each Client, and your business risk is reduced by 90%, because we claim back from our insurer.
Be careful, some providers charge extra for Credit Insurance, even charge for Credit Checks! Also, always ask what the excess is on their insurance policy. Some have excesses of £5,000 and this could seriously reduce your annual profits!
Who can I contact if I have a query?
You will have a dedicated back office team which covers the administration and credit control that will look after your account day to day, supported by our Department Manager for any out of the ordinary questions.
Everyone in our team is available to help and deal with your questions, if not to answer them personally, direct them to the right person who can resolve any small queries that arise.
What training do I get?
We provide the most comprehensive induction training in the industry.
Once you have joined us, we'll arrange for your personal induction call before you start to put invoices through.
The way we see it is, the less time you spend trying to work out complex procedures, the more time you get to focus on selling and growing your business!
Our 3 month Quality Guarantee
We are so confident in the level of service we will provide to you, we give you a "3 month Quality Guarantee". No one else we know gives this type of promise.
If we fail to comply with our contracted obligations, you can terminate this agreement by 7 days written notice without any financial penalty within the first 3 months. (conditions apply)

What reporting information to I get?
We provide the most comprehensive reporting package you could wish for. You won't be wasting time working out sales figures, you'll be selling. Our online management system enables you to easily keep an eye on weekly trading statistics and live debtor reports.
Full training is provided, as explained above, its web based, available 24/ 7 and totally FREE.
Do you have additional interest charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have up front set-up charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have additional Credit Check charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have minimum monthly charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
So how do you charge me?
We operate by charging a fixed percentage of your NET weekly sales (before VAT)
Be careful, because most providers will charge on the GROSS weekly sale making them 20% more expensive (when VAT goes up in January 2011)
It's like a "pay as you go" mobile phone, we only charge when you are making money - simple.
